50 Hour Aerial Yoga YTTC in Goa, India
Yoga Alliance, USA approved course, leading to 50 Hour Aerial Yoga certification
50 Hour Aerial Yoga YTTC Course Overview
Experience the ultimate blend of Yoga Teacher Training and wellness programs at our Trimurti Yoga Resort in Goa, India.
Aerial yoga offers to combine the traditional asana practice with the aerial art of movement using a silk hammock as a prop. Silk fabric is hung from the ceiling of the yoga shala to help the practitioner in forming shapes. Hanging fully or partially will help create traction and open your body more gently and intuitively as the fabric supports gentle movement and balance. The practice of aerial yoga will help you go deeper into your asana while offering an acrobatic experience. The support of the fabric allows for access to new movements and reduce the load on knees and wrists, which can otherwise limit mobility in a ground practice.
Check our yoga course calendar for upcoming sessions.
We practice yoga poses and aerial acrobatic arts in a cloth (hammock) that is attached to the ceiling. Learn the wonderful feeling of weightlessness and redefine the balance between letting go and being warm. Explore a completely new form of practising that can help improve your flexibility and strengthen your core. Explore a completely new form of practising under the expert instruction of our dedicated yoga teachers.
