What can you expect while staying with us:

Balance – enjoy the daily meditation to connect to your spirit, focus your mind & bring balance to your whole being.

Restore – ground your body with daily yoga & mindful movement classes guided by our best master instructors.

Connect – participate in engaging talks with our teacher on yoga philosophy & other like minded people.

Nourish – give your body the nutrients it needs with satvic food served on our campus which is prepared daily with fresh local ingredients.

Location – we are located in the tranquil forests close to the popular beaches in south goa between Palolem & Agonda Beach, just a few minutes from both the beaches.

Daily Schedule

7 am to 8:30am Daily yoga practice (intermediate level) including meditation or pranayama
9:30 to 10:30 am Breakfast
1:00 to 2:00 pm Lunch
4:00 to 5:30 pm Daily yoga practice which will be a gentle flow class
7:00 to 8:00 pm Dinner

Refund Policy :

Non refundable if cancelled within 15 days from the check in date. 50% refund when cancelled 15 days prior to check in.
