200 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Bali

Yoga Teacher Training Course Overview

Trimurti Yoga School in Bali offers a unique 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course where rich Indian traditional Yoga meets the contemporary styles of Yoga in the magical paradise of Bali. This course is ingeniously made for individuals aspiring to become internationally certified Yoga teachers. What makes Trimurti Yoga School Bali so exceptional is our graduates and their success stories. Most of our graduates are now successful Yoga teachers who own popular studios, organise retreats, and some even run their own Yoga teacher training courses worldwide. To be honest, it sometimes even surprises us to see some of our students, who weren’t training to become teachers, turn out to be excellent Yoga professionals. So, what is our secret recipe? Our 200-hour course has a modular approach where we cover everything relating to Yoga in-depth but in sophisticated modules. Starting with the Hatha Yoga module, which covers the fundamentals of the traditional roots of Yoga, along with all possible nitty-gritty of Hatha Yoga. Then, after the Hatha week comes the next module, which is the Ashtanga (Vinyasa) Yoga module. In this module, we go into understanding the traditional Ashtanga practice as taught and designed by Shri Krishna (K.) Pattabhi Jois. Most of our teachers who lead the Ashtanga module have been taught by Saraswathi Jois Ji (daughter of K Pattabhi Jois) in Mysore. And therefore, we teach Ashtanga with more precision and authenticity than most Yoga schools. After the Ashtanga module comes the Vinyasa Yoga module. This module is for those who want to learn the most popular contemporary style of Yoga. In this module, you learn different ways to sequence Vinyasa, building the muscle memory for Vinyasa flows, so that you should be able to design Vinyasa flows on the go. And of course, throughout all these modules, you continue to learn Yoga Philosophy from the authentic Indian roots, Asanas, foundational concepts, Pranayama, Meditation, and you also learn Yoga Anatomy from our teacher Divyansh Sharma, who has also written ‘The Yoga Science’ book, published by Penguin Random House. Throughout this journey, we also give you plenty of time and space to refine your teaching by giving you the opportunity to lead Yoga classes for your friends at the school. Overall, when you step out of our course, you not only have more knowledge about Yoga but also have the experience needed to lead real-world Yoga classes.

A Yoga School in the Sunny Coastline of Amed, North-East Bali

Our school started Yoga training first in Ubud, Bali. For years, we liked Ubud; however, after years, Ubud turned into a full-fledged noise hub, with crowded streets and heavy traffic. We realised attaining spirituality in such a chaotic atmosphere was becoming difficult. This made us realise that we no longer wish to stay in Ubud. In 2019, when we did our first training in Amed, Bali. We realised it offered a perfect blend of Mountains, Beaches, Laid-Back restaurants, and calmness all around. Since then, we shifted our base to Amed. Plus, Amed’s sunny tropical weather is the cherry on top. If you are tired of the grey weather in your home country, you cannot stop loving Amed, except for the rainy season in Bali, Amed stays relatively dry. Amed is also popular among people who like diving.

Small Groups

Small Groups

We prioritise small groups over large ones, and by small groups, we mean groups of generally no more than 12 people. The reason is simple: we want real transformation to take place. We have a dedicated article on this that you can read by clicking here. To put it simply, we want to give attention to each of our students; for us, students are not mere numbers. We recognise that each human being is unique, their traits are unique, their understanding, purpose, goals, and attention abilities are all unique. Therefore, with our approach, small groups deliver robust outcomes and guarantees better student-to-teacher ratio. This finally translates into more success stories.

This is because some of our teachers are very traditional, and they practice Yoga in their lives. For them, Yoga is a way of life and a way to connect with the supreme reality. However, we are not a very strict school. We just want people to respect traiditional roots of Yoga. If you are not a believer in Yoga, then you may find some concepts otherworldly.

Duh, it is a teacher training course. Our teacher training courses and retreats have a separation; in our teacher training courses, we are planning to make you a Yoga teacher. Therefore, expect learning, teachings, and pedagogical activities. Please don’t come with an expectation of a retreat. If you have such an expectation, please talk to our team first so that you get to understand how it is going to be, and if you are okay with what we offer. Otherwise, choose a retreat.

Yoga Alliance, the certification body, is also strict in this regard. Therefore, every school affiliated with it cannot allow excessive leaves. If someone takes longer leaves, then they may only get certification of participation rather than certification of completion.

We believe in group energies. Therefore, everyone who is joining is expected to act harmoniously. It's like playing a sport for the same team. If anyone is coming with an expectation that they will not assimilate during the course, then they may learn Yoga, but they won’t live Yoga.

We follow a uniform refund policy that is consistent throughout Yoga schools. Advance bookings are non-refundable. However, we are flexible with the rescheduling. However, if you decide to discontinue after joining, the course fee is also non-refundable. Such a refund policy is vital for our survival, planning, and management. We apologise for such a strict policy; however, please know that more than 20 people working with us depend on us.
