This program is a balanced combination of yoga holidays with your personal and professional development.
You will experience:
- two yoga classes daily (more dynamic and YANG in the morning, and more meditative YIN in the evening), designed and customised for yoga teachers and practitioners with a solid yoga experience which will allow you to improve your practice and get back to the form and routine
- daily meditation & mindfulness practices to reconnect and nourish your mind and nervous system
- workshops and practical tools for your personal and professional growth, as well as for develop-ment of your career
- getting inspired by new directions and trends in teaching yoga
- getting support in business aspects of teaching yoga: budgeting, pricing & updating/ expanding your offer
- tools for improving teaching yoga online and on-site
- mentoring with Karo and mapping your key challenges in teaching yoga
- time for improving your asana & pranayama practices
- time for questions and discussing most common ‘issues’ faced by yoga teachers
- inspiring discussions and exchanging experiences with your soul tribe
- 3 healthy vegetarian/vegan meals per day
