Our yoga school is located in South Goa, India. We have 2 different campus in South Goa - one near the forest and the other right on the Agonda beach. The forest campus hosts our most courses including our signature 200 Hour Teacher Training course. The Agonda Beach campus hosts our 300 Hour Teacher Training course.
Both our campus are located in quiet and tranquil where you will naturally relate to nature and calm. Our forest campus is about 7 minutes from the beach by tuk tuk or motor scooter. Here you will be able to experience a range of birds and monkeys during your stay with us in their natural habitat
Our forest campus is spread over 8000 square metres of land with 18 cottage rooms & 20 apartment rooms. It has 3 yoga shalas/halls, a restaurant & a reading area to chill out.
Our beach campus was built recently in 2019, it has 10 rooms with one yoga shala/hall. From our campus you can just walk straight to the beach. Since it is a small campus we just host limited courses here on this campus. Though we often have all our yoga teacher training graduation ceremony here for most of our courses.
South Goa has one of the finest beaches in Goa with white sand and clear pleasant water to swim through most of the year. The sea is calm and safe to swim most season except monsoons when its rainy and rough. Goa has tropical weather with warm days and pleasant nights with lots of sun each day.

At Trimurti Yoga, Goa we offer only vegetarian sattvic food to all our students in the course. Our food is planned for being fresh, nutritious and wholesome. You will experience Indian cuisine with its aromatic spices (but not hot spices – we make the food for your palate).
Vast majority of our food is naturally vegan and gluten free; so it enables us to cater to any special dietary requirements for our students. Sattvic food is light, healthy and well balanced just perfect for your yoga practice and meditation, while providing your body with all the nutrients necessary for your daily yoga routine.
All our meals are prepared freshly daily using mineral water so that you are safe & healthy through your stay with us.
We will provide you with 3 meals on all study days. We break for holiday on the weekends so that you can enjoy the beach & explore the plethora of beach restaurants, some of the finest Vegan restaurants are located on the beaches close to us.
Our meals will include the below:
- Oatmeal with nuts
- Fruit Salad with Banana Bread
- Muesli with fruits and yogurt
Indian cuisine –thali with vegetables, Lentils (legumes), salad, rice & Indian breads.
Soups (like pumpkin etc) with vegetables, salad and breads.
Besides the above you can order some mouth watering delicacies from our kitchen which include our personal favourite home recipe of chocolate bars, smoothies and other beverages.
