It all has started because of Beryl. We met Beryl Lebowitz Ciccoricco five years ago when she was making a successful career as a massage therapist in New York. As she was very inspired by India and Ayurveda, and she wanted to study a bit more, we met Beryl at one of our trainings, and then straight away she decided to join our team. Basically, Beryl created the full anatomy program for all our courses, and then she became the main E-RYT 200 for some of our groups, at the same time being also the co-author of advanced and specialised courses. Beryl is an absolute expert in the field of yoga anatomy & physiology, so for a few seasons she taught her programs for us in India becoming a solid Trimurti Yoga pillar and signature. Last year she decided to move to New Zealand, and naturally she wanted to bring Trimurti Yoga Spirit with her. We are beyond grateful for sharing her beautiful knowledge, an extraordinary sense of humour, and a lot of love on behalf of us, and in cooperation with us on that part of the Globe. New Zealand is undoubtedly an amazing country, full of beautiful Nature and peace. With Beryl as a leader this Trimurti location is just an amazing project!!!

200 TTC in Dunedin is a 10-weekends non-residential program ended with Yoga Alliance certification.
This course explores a variety of styles, so there is something for everyone!
We start with Hatha Yoga and Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga, and show how these traditions gave rise to Ashtanga Vinyasa and ultimately our modern day “Vinyasa Flow."
We'll investigate the historical progression of these practices to give you the best understanding of the past as a stepping stone for your safe, informed, modern-day yoga practice.
The course will run for 10 weeks, and we will gather on Saturdays & Sundays - so you don't have to use holiday time or put your life on hold. Each course day, you’ll enjoy morning asana in a variety of styles, lectures on various & related topics, a dive into Human Anatomy, a hands-on Alignment and Adjustment class, and a restorative yoga session to absorb the day’s teachings. More detailed information will be available regarding your daily schedule upon registration.
We also cover Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, Yogic Anatomy, The Art of Teaching, Business Aspects of Yoga, and so much more. By course's end, you'll have the tools you need to write, teach, sequence, and critique a yoga class, and you'll gain a host of new skills you can apply to daily life, whether or not you plan to teach.
