Cumin Seeds- Keep them Coming!

JeeraCumin seeds are an excellent source of iron, help in digestion and contain vitamins and proteins.  That’s why they are often termed as black curative seeds!

Cumin seeds have many benefits:

  • Anti – ageing – it is an antioxidant and helps preventing sagging skin.
  • Fight Sugar – This is good for people suffering from Diabetes. It helps reducing blood sugar level.
  • Build Immunity – Its anti-oxidant properties help fight impurities and free radicals! This helps in building immunity.

So go ahead, add Jeera in rice (our very popular Jeera Rice), Dal Tadka (with lots of jeera), saute vegetables in oil tempered with jeera! Let the cumin keep coming to your plate…
