This multi-style advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training course offers a fusion of the functional and energetic approaches to yoga through the exploration of anatomy and the bio-individuality of both the physical and energetic body.

Pre-requisite. This program is designed for yoga teachers and 200 Yoga TTC graduates (RYT 200) with minimum 100 hours of teaching experience.
This is an intensive and advanced yoga course for all those who want to deepen their yoga practice & teaching, who want to get to know more details on Yoga and Ayurveda sciences, yoga anatomy, teaching methodology, alignment and adjustments, art of sequencing, and who want to understand the influence of asana practice on the human body-mind-emotions complex.
Module 1: Anatomy & Biomechanics
In MODULE 1 you will dive into the core of anatomy, multi-style Yoga and the art of teaching. The program offers an immersion into a deeper level of understanding:
We promote a practical approach to learning about the body, using the body, in an active environment. Ordering and simplifying the study of the human body in relation to yoga practice, we focus on taking your teaching to the next level, analysing and building upon the art of teaching (confident touch, adjustment, communication and observation skills).
Module 2 : Yin Yoga
Module two continues to elaborate the focal point of MODULE 1 by applying theory to the practice of Yin Yoga specifically.
Yin yoga is one of the most popular yoga style in the contemporary world.
Yin yoga is a practice of bio-individuality and the art of teaching yin forms itself under the ability to observe, adjust, prop, communicate and teach from a multi-dimensional understanding that not one body mirrors another.
Yin yoga is an inner practice that works with the physical, energetic, mental and emotional body.
By a mix of Yogic, Taoist and Buddhist practices, you will be taken on a journey of release and surrender of the body paralleled with strength and mastery of the mind.

You will discover how to work with what obstructs the asana, not only the asana itself. This course aims at opening up the functional approach to yin yoga, bio-individuality and your art of teaching yoga to all walks of life.
Woven into two separate but seamless modules, this course presents a holistic and balanced approach to accessing the various levels of the body and applying them to safe and injury preventative yoga teaching.

07.00 AM – 09.00 AM: Morning Asana Practice/Teaching Practicum (5 elements, “yang” styles)
